4/03/2006-The U.S. FDA has posted a list of food defense acronyms, abbreviations and definitions. This link can serve as an excellent resource that not only defines what the acronym stands for, but hyperlinks to additional information. The IFT, Institute of Food Technologists, has compiled this list.
